01. Location
Situated close to the Bank of England in the City of London, this 11,000 sq.m seven-storey scheme arranges office accommodation around a central core and incorporates retail accommodation at ground and lower levels.
02. Project
25 Moorgate was a joint venture between Grosvenor and CapitaLand of Singapore, this 10,000sqm office building in central London had a budget of $45 million, with an end value of $120 million. The project was highly complex being located in the historic Bank of England precinct and high density surrounding area.
Director David Thompson managed the construction, marketing and leasing of this project prior to the establishment of Moorgate.
