01. Project

Following the announcement of the new Light Rail project from central Sydney to Randwick and Kingsford, Moorgate identified 6 separately owned houses at 31-41 Anzac Parade as a potential development site.  Moorgate subsequently acquired each house across 2017 and 2018.

02. Location

Kensington is a highly sought-after location, positioned immediately southeast of the Sydney CBD. The suburb is heavily influenced by the University of New South Wales and has a number of cafes, restaurants and shops that extend most of the length of Anzac Parade.

The site area is 1,600sqm, with development potential of 70 apartments over 9 levels allowing expansive views on the upper levels.

03. Development

With the site’s extraordinary development potential Moorgate elected to sell the assembled property in favourable market conditions in mid-2018 to Avance Property who have subsequently prepared a high-quality scheme prepared by PDB Architects.
