Lincoln Heath is a long term staged residential land sub-division undertaken in joint venture with Australand.
The 240 hectare site is located 20 kilometres south west of Melbourne, within the urban growth boundary and is forecast to yield approximately 2,087 residential lots with a completion value of approximately $150 million.
Director David Thompson managed this project prior to the establishment of Moorgate.
